Here at Bohemian Society we are perpetually honing our instincts and ability to let go; encouraging those around us to be free to do what they do best. We approach our craft with reverence, delicacy, respect, love, confidence, etc, etc. Christina Dietze was a guest of our homie Sarah in Silver Lake. Upon meeting Christina she instantly made an impression on us. We knew we had to pull the trigger and we all decided on the spot to shoot at our studio that night. The evening began at a World of Wonder opening when Sarah strongly suggested that Bohemian Society and Christina needed to lay it down Wilde style. I picked up the phone immediately and procured our resident everyman photo wizard Tyson Lee. He could tell something special was brewing and despite his very busy schedule he rushed over to the studio with a plan to bust out some magic. The result is what you are about to see. Everything is impromptu, unrehearsed, and raw. The last two shots are a sneak peek from our SS15 line. Enjoy. We surely did.
Victor Wilde’s Bohemian Society went on the lam from the last LA Fashion Week. Instead, the downtown Los Angeles fashion brand did a presentation during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Tokyo in October.
Tokyo’s fashion people got to see the Society’s Wilde at Heart collection, inspired by the 1990 David Lynch movie - Wild At Heart - about lovers on the run.
The Bohemian Society’s Wilde at Heart used some traditional Japanese shibori dying techniques. The collection also featured a python skin jacket, and a blazer made out of upholstery fabric. Last month, Alan Cumming, actor and author, took a break from his Paul Smith suits to wear Bohemian Society's Wilde at Heart on the Conan late night talk show last month.
On Monday's episode of the Conan O'Brien show Alan Cumming continues his press tour for his memoir "Not My Father's Son". Alan Killed it in a head to toe look by Bohemian Society & Mr O'Brien took notice.
